I GOT THE BP SPIRIT!
Whoosh!~ MARCH CAMP IS OVER!
And guess what? I'm so ever missing it. D:

I am so gonna spend more time blogging about this camp :D

FIRST DAY~

Headed to Guides Room after Lifang came back to school.
Found poor Yanin there cos she needed to look after the room! HAHAHA.
Didn't buy my bubble tea cos it was raining and we were lazy too. But it was alright!
Fall in at 3.30pm outside the bunk. BLOCK E! :DD
Collected the valuables. Check their bags. Check in bunks!
Told them about the duties. But I guess we didn't really follow it throughout the whole camp.
Had a little of gadget session. The sec 1s learn fast yeah? Even though I wasn't there.
Went back to bunk and prepared for night hike.
Started a little of distastrous, a little messy and a little of everything.

NIGHT HIKE!~
I love GROUP 6!
Though consisting of different UGs, I would say it was fun!
They were really funny at times, very hyper throughout even though it was tiring.
Plus Mr Zaldy telling wen kai and me some freaky stories. HAHAHA.
Was the 8th group to return to school.
Lights out was at 12am.
Lifang and me slept at 2am. Cos we were up to no good. LOL.

SECOND DAY~

Woke up at 5am. Lifang kept shaking me. But I refused to wake up.
It was freaking cold throughout the whole night.
Went down to canteen for briefing on morning PT.
Could say that it was so funny.
Especially Buddha claps. From the back, could see all the hands of the cadets dropping... dropping... and dropping.
And Marcus. Endure... endure... endure...
HAHAHA. Even the NCOs at the back were all pek cek already.

After flag raising, went to bunk to collect stuff for breakfast.
Break flag, then ate breakfast.
And the girls are BIG eaters :O
Had gadget at field. Made shoe rack.
*forward till campfire prep*
It was hilarious. Cos Michelle wanted to do stomp and slap dancing. But it was all Beats. Quite cool though.
And the girls were desparately trying to learn the dance. You could see all the =.= faces.
So lifang and me thought of doing cha cha. HAHAHA.
1, 2, cha cha cha. 3, 4, cha cha cha.
And finally!~ They thought of using the song Hot n Cold and So What!
So the leaders went off screaming YAY!~
All the way till 12pm...

Lunch at ISH. Food was GOOOOOD!
The girls ate A LOT as usual.
Then prepared for station games.
Hope they had fun. Since I was the station IC, I don't really know. But at least I see the teamwork.
Went to "help" cut watermelon. Then the girls came to eat. And had a pretty unsuccessful sing-along. They were all pretty tired already.

Prepared for Outdoor Cooking. It started off good!
Even Jasmine had the fire started already. OMG. It was like WOW.
But then.... It had to rain!!!
Which means: No more fun outdoor cooking, no more food, no DINNER!

Had to go back to the bunk for wash up. The girls were screaming hungry and asking "when is dinner?"
The other leaders were too tired so they went to slept.
Then I helped them to set up the com while they played murderer and detective, and then did a last round of campfire prep.
Then dinner arrived! *clap hands*
Kebab! Pizza! Chicken Soup! Cooked by Mrs Pang!

Ate and all. Went to the Hall for Campfire due to wet weather.
Clap hands for Diana! YAY YAY YAY.
There was a moment where I really wanted to cry.
But thank you lifang for being so enthu even though you weren't feeling well.
The girls were so cute! They took their own initiative and kept passing down the message "We must be high okay! We must sing okay!"
Awww... So touched you know. We dint even told them to do that!

So lifang, me and suxuan sat infront cos the NCOs told us too.
And we screamed and screamed and screamed.
The girls did well too! Especially for the performance! Though we didn't join in the dance, but we gave them the moral support!
Who said ' "NCOS" have special advantages?'
Miss Izyan was happy with our performance and we did 3 cheers!

Sent the girls to bathe. Lights out was at 11pm.
Here comes the FUN part.
As said by the girls, the PLs were supposed to wash the pot. As said by Mrs Pang after they had the 2nd round of Chicken soup.
Yeah. They drank the soup. But didn't eat the chicken.
The girls sang me a birthday song and dumped me the pot.
So we brought them down to the canteen and saw NCC boys there!
I asked Mr Osman if he wanted to eat chicken. And he said his boys wanted. So one by one they lined up and finished up the chicken :O
I was still thinking what I should do with the chickens a moment ago. HAHAHA.

Then we washed the pot. Liou Jing and Su Xuan went up the bunk. And Diana and Wen xin came down. All four of us were wearing the OBML shirt! YAY! And then we decided to bring out that huge huge watermelon.
*invites watermelon*
I guess we were all pretty high at that time.
We started scooping out the watermelon using the ladle. Laughing as we eat. And the watermelon juice was dripping everywhere.
Saying that the watermelon shell can be given to Raymond when he wears his number 1.
Then once again, Mr Osman came and "tested" our watermelon.
He claimed to be a "food tester". HAHAHA.
And yes, the pot when to the NCC boys.
I thought they wouldn't eat. Judging from their very sian faces, but the pot came back empty :O
Mrs Pang was so going to screw us. It was such a huge watermelon!!!

THIRD DAY~

Then we went up to sleep. Till 6am. Lifang shook me again. HAHAHA.
Had light PT. The girls almost died of shocked when I mentioned doing PT. HAHAHA. Phobia of doing Buddha claps.
Break flag then breakfast. Ate A LOT A LOT again.
5 pieces of bread! :DD
Went up to clean bunk and I cleaned the ops room.
After that, the girls had footdrill.

Had last round of cleaning up at 10am.
And then they filled up the evaluation form, collected valuables.
And passed them the sweets that Bernardine bought for us. As well as the chocolates we bought.
Brought them down to the bird cage, did 3 cheers again. Had photo taking then dismissed them.

Then the leaders sat down there and did sing a long.
It's been such a long time.

I'm so glad that everyone enjoyed the camp.
I'm so happy that everyone appreciated what we have done for you guys.
It was nice that we didn't have to scold you all throughout the camp.
It was good that you all had the initiative to do whatever you needed to.
It was heartwarming to know that you all that put in your best effort in everything.
Though it was dissapointing that outdoor cooking failed, but there would be a next chance!
Though the leaders had a tough time planning this camp, at least we pulled through it!

Thank you Sec 1s for really coming for the camp. For having so much fun.
It was really good enough to know that you enjoyed yourself.
Thank you seniors for helping the leaders in whatever way you could.
Really. I think we would have died without you all! Especially the PSs.

My last camp in school! And I really really enjoyed it!
19 hours of sleep was worth the while! :D

Who said that Girl Guides only know how to sing?
Yes. We do know how to sing! But we also know much more. Just that you haven't seen it yet!
Right?
